Acceptable Files

• Ads Submitted in InDesign

Must include: All original photos, images, clip art & all fonts used in the document. In addition to the InDesign file. This means there will be 2 or more supporting files. We reccomend saving your file as a “Package,” found in the file menu.

• Ads submitted in Illustrator/Photoshop

All text must be converted to outlines or rasterized.

* For versions CS 5.5 & higher.
**ONLY acceptable for submitting RAW text to be used in the ad.

ALL IMAGES MUST BE 300dpi at 100%.

• We DO NOT ACCEPT files from: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Quark, WordPerfect or any Corel program.

• These programs are not designed for high-end publishing. Any image that may have been embedded or placed in these programs will also be found somewhere on the computer’s hard drive.

Enable JavaScript

 
CHROME (Google)

  1. Open a new browser tab
  2. Click “Chrome” in the menu bar at the top of the screen
  3. Select “Preferences”
  4. Click “Show advanced settings…” at the bottom of the “Preferences” tab
  5. Click the “Content settings…” button under the “Privacy” header
  6. Under the JavaScript header, make sure that “Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)” is checked
  7. Click the “Done” button
  8. Close the “Preferences” tab
  9. Refresh the library window by clicking the circular arrow at the left end of the URL bar

FIREFOX (Mozilla)

  1. Open a new browser window
  2. Type “about:config” in the URL bar
  3. Click the “I accept the risk” button
  4. Find “javascript.enabled” in the list and double click it (the status in the “Value” column will switch from “False” to “True”
  5. Close the “about:config” window
  6. Refresh the library window by clicking the circular arrow at the right end of the URL bar

SAFARI

  1. Click “Safari” in the menu bar at the top of the screen
  2. Select “Preferences”
  3. In the “Advanced” tab (picture of a gear) of the “Preferences” window, make sure that “Show Develop menu in menu bar” is checked (at the bottom of the window)
  4. Close the “Preferences” window
  5. Click “Develop” in the menu bar at the top of the screen
  6. Make sure that “Disable JavaScript” is not checked
  7. Refresh the library window by clicking the circular arrow at the right end of the URL bar
